Yes?! World peace begins with you!
You can be peaceful, calm and aware in your work, with your family and in your relationships. Who benefits? You, your work; all areas of your life!
Number one reason why you may not be an ambassador for peace right now?
You’re too busy. Too busy being busy! It’s extremely common.
I always think of the bus that drives straight past the bus-stop without stopping, because the driver is running late and needs to keep to schedule. So he misses the point of what he is really there for.
Are you doing something similar? You may be dashing around getting a lot of stuff done, yet without calm and balance. Do you sometimes wonder what on earth you are doing?
Slow down. Take a break. This behaviour is based on habits of a lifetime!
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out peace.
What can you do to promote world peace? Go home and love your family.
