The great thing about your capacity for mindfulness and meditation is that you can implement them any time and anywhere. As life skills they keep you calm and relaxed. And they connect you to your inner wisdom and higher self.
Since so many of us have been spending more time in our own homes due to Lockdowns and illness etc, this Top 10 List of Mindfulness and Meditation Gifts may also be useful for anyone looking to create more peaceful surroundings.
We all make the choice whether to be present. However, the other kind of presents are also very welcome!

These are mindfulness gifts to yourself! There are many apps out there to help you meditate and remember to be mindful.

For the majority of people who meditate, sitting on chairs is fine. However, if you suffer with back-ache or neck-ache, this meditation stool is a great way of keeping an upright posture more comfortably. You can even get fitted cushions on them too. They take up very little space and are very portable.
An electric diffuser is great for filling the room with beautiful aromas using your choice of aromatherapy oils, for meditating, cleansing the room or simply to enjoy fresh scents any time.
It is especially useful for keeping the air cleansed if you have illness of any kind in your household. Eucalyptus and peppermint can alleviate breathing problems.

Colouring Books, Felt-tip Pens, Pastels, Watercolour Paints, Knitting, Crochet, Needlecraft, Pottery. The list is endless. It may be a lovely way to pick up on something joyful you enjoyed as a child, or for someone close to you who may appreciate a little nudge.

Something lovely and soft that you can wrap around your shoulders when you sit to meditate is the perfect mindfulness and meditation gift! There are numerous places to source your blanket, for example, from IKEA. You can also try making your own! Ideas here.
Additional: Blankets are beautiful things, bringing comfort and warmth. They can become part of your calming ritual when you meditate. They may also hold good memories if you’ve bought a hand-made blanket on your travels.
