  • One-to-one mindfulness & stress-management sessions are uniquely shaped to your own circumstances. They are ideal if you are unable to join one of the Group Mindfulness & Meditation Courses. Sessions are booked at times to suit you and give you complete privacy.

  • I create a handbook specifically for you, plus CDs/MP3 Downloads and emails. These are all part of the support you receive over the time we work together. Your programme is personalised uniquely for you.
  • An initial insight session costs £45.This provides you with a taster and some tools to get you started.
  • If you like this way of working you can book a weekly programme of 4 personalised sessions for £160, booked and paid for up-front. This creates your course which includes a handbook and all other resources.
