We cover a lot in our Weekly Thursday evening Meditations! During an hour’s session, the foundation is our Mindfulness Meditation. This is our chance to sit in silence for 20 minutes and experience our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.
Then we share guided meditations, like the Stageshow, Loving Self-Care, Inner Candle Light, Grounding Oak Tree & Growing Gratitude.
We remember to be self-compassionate and accepting of ourselves and we share all kinds of inspirational words. We find we have much in common in our daily lives.

This is a great read:
‘Braving the Wilderness, The Quest for true belonging and the courage to stand alone‘ by Brene Brown.
She addresses the current issues we face in our society and explores this quote by Maya Angelou:
‘You are only free when you realise you belong no place – you belong every place – no place at all. The price is high. The reward is great.’
If you have ‘a diminishing sense of shared humanity’ then this book addresses the rage and hate that seems to be sweeping humanity; factions based on dehumanization and stereotypes and the rise of loneliness.
