I welcome you to try a Mindfulness Taster Session which provides you with a great introduction. You will learn more about how this life-skill can provide you with numerous benefits, and how it can be the foundation to a new way of life. These include greater resilience to tackle life’s emotions and challenges, as well as begin, or continue, a deeper connection with your Higher Self.

A Mindfulness Taster Session gives you a chance to meet me and see if you like the way we work together. You are under no obligation to sign up for further work with me, as you must feel totally inspired and comfortable! From this single session you will receive resources and learning so that you can start making changes in your life right now!

I can also offer a Taster Session for you and your own specific group – your small business, parents, friendships, families etc.

There is a growing trend for forward-thinking businesses to be aware of mental and emotional wellbeing within the workplace.

You may be looking to help those involved in your business to improve their focus, performance and well-being, reduce absenteeism and motivate your team to work better together. This could be the way forward for you.

Small groups between 4 and 12 are ideal. A session can last between an hour and two hours. Contact me and we can chat about your requirements.
