There is a growing trend for forward-thinking businesses to be aware of mental and emotional wellbeing within the workplace. Companies like EBay, Google, Apple, IBN and KPNG all invest in Mindfulness and Meditation for their staff.
You may be looking to help those involved in your business to improve their focus, performance and well-being, reduce absenteeism and motivate your team to work better together. This could be the way forward for you.
Small groups between 4 and 12 are ideal. A session can last between an hour and two hours. Contact me and we can chat about your requirements.
Venue: At your location or we can organise a session at NutriVital Health, Petersfield or at the relaxed and spacious surroundings of my home in Petersfield.
