Mindfulness is a string of pearls that holds together the best values you might wish to embody:

  • acceptance
  • peace
  • patience
  • gratitude
  • compassion
  • joy
  • love
  • and so many more strong qualities


If you practice mindfulness and meditation, it doesn’t mean you shut the world out. It’s not about staying safe in your own little bubble.

It means you can remain calm and strong while you take your place in a turbulent world. It’s a world that requires you to wake up and become mindful. Mindful of the things you have taken for granted or overlooked.

This is also known as raising your awareness or consciousness. It starts with your own self-awareness. This is your mindfulness practice. It will keep you calm and peaceful in your everyday life.

Create your own string of pearls

So create your own string of pearls.

Decide what values and qualities are important to you. These are your pearls. Stay alert. Stay open-hearted. If mindfulness is your string of pearls, dazzle everyone whenever you can! Polish them up with mindfulness and meditation.
