Your good health is essential for life to run smoothly. Your wellbeing and sense of peace are priceless. So I’m inviting you now to book yourself on to our Mindful Morning which takes place on Saturday 28 January 2017.

Take a Saturday morning break. You will benefit from 3 hours of peace, calm and relaxation. January can be tough once the glitter of Christmas is over. Schedule your morning of peace and calm so you have something to lift those winter blues and replenish your zest for life. This Mindful Morning will be your chance to take care of yourself in a kind and gentle way. Nourishing you spiritually and emotionally. A chance to be fully present and mindful. To take some mindful time out.

Mindful Morning of Peace and Calm

I will guide you through meditations to remind you of your essential beautiful nature. Your inner strength and capacity for kindness will be important personal qualities in the new year. I believe 2017 will be challenging for us all.

It’s local

I’ve chosen the local venue of White Eagle Lodge in Rake. It means it’s accessible for many of you who live around the Petersfield area. And this workshop is morning only so it doesn’t completely overwhelm your day or cost too much. A perfect break to keep you going with your mindfulness and relaxation through the winter months.
