This morning I headed down to West Wittering Beach. As you might imagine, it was windswept with blue skies, blustery clouds and dogs going wild with excitement! As my ears were starting to freeze, I headed around East Head where it becomes calmer and sunnier. The songs of the skylark were filling the air, and I stood to stare up at the sky as these little birds soar upwards from their nests in the marram grass. It was truly uplifting.
These are the little moments that align you back with joy. We have been meeting up for our ‘Be Kind to Yourself’ Course in Petersfield for moments like this (another one starts in April). Reminding ourselves of kindness, compassion and joys, and nurturing ourselves with the gift of a weekly hour for human connection and deep rest.
