Know that You are Lovable
Positive affirmations you can remind yourself of:
I am a lovable person just for being who I am right now.
It’s safe for me to share who I really am with others.
I value myself.
I am cherished.
And of course, if you do have family and friends in your life that you love, don’t forget to tell them, now!
