Are you giving yourself some moments of stillness and calm? Our lovely space, above, is set in beautiful grounds where nature adds to the feeling of calm on our 6-Week Mindfulness & Meditation Course. I hope to run more here before renovations get underway. Do get in touch if you’ve been considering building on your personal skills.
We’ve also been enjoying some relaxing yet inspiring Weekly Meditations in Petersfield. You are very welcome to dip in and join us for single sessions. A more mindful, conscious world begins with each one of us and it feels so supportive to join in together in a meditation circle.
