I’m Ready to Let This Go
Sometimes we’re so used to feeling the way we do.
Bring to mind a situation or feeling. One that deep down you know you’re ready to let go. Something that’s been weighing you down.
Think of it as clearing out junk. It allows you to open up space to feel freer and lighter.
‘Letting go isn’t about having the courage to release the past; it’s about having the wisdom to embrace the present.’
Every day brings more clutter and demands.
Each breath you inhale has to be followed by an exhale – a letting go. So just like the trees shed their leaves, it’s a natural process to let go. And instead of a head full of concerns from the past, you’re free to be completely in the present moment.
It Really is Time to Let This Go!
When your inner critic starts whispering negative thoughts, whisper back:
‘Negative thought, I let you go’.
Keep your balance. Stay present. Let the season of autumn be your wisest teacher and inspiration.
