Yet it can be quite a task to stand back from the bombardment of information, news and views all around us. To really relax and take time out.

Enjoy moments of meditation – let those moments of stillness re-connect you with the mystery that is life!
Spend a little time resting your eyes on something beautiful, like a flower, a candle flame, a sunset or your sleeping child. Allow your body to absorb the feeling of quiet contentment and marvel at the brilliance of nature.
For mindfulness to help you in your life, be willing to come as you are. Not some distant future self, but now, with all your vulnerabilities & human foibles!
