I've just spent 3 days on a Psychology of Vision course about Successful Relationships. It was run by Jeff Allen and was absolutely brilliant. Most of us spend our lives caught in patterns of activity which simply keep us stuck. We end up never really communicating with one another, and we certainly don't realise how much our early years of life affect how we currently behave.
