'Pearly Dewdrops Drops' |

The sun was gleaming down early this morning and illuminated every dewdrop on a nearby tree. A magpie flew into its branches and as they shook gently with its weight, every dewdrop sparkled and shimmered and fell. The tree looked as though it had Christmas lights shining on and off, only this was the most magical of nature's own displays. It lasted for seconds, stopped, then happened again. The magpie flew off and I sat there laughing at that moment that I'd glimpsed with the tree! Just little reminders of an incredible world, in case you are in a place where you can't remember that right now.

PS 'Pearly Dewdrops Drops' is the title of a song by the Cocteau Twins, a band who I loved and adored! And still listen out avidly for music by Elizabeth Fraser.
