Dancing |

Just back from a couple of hours dancing 5 Rhythms run by the amazing Gay Murphy. I try and get there every Friday evening and it's just great to let your body express itself after, what was for me, an emotional week. You can really shift stuck energy by dancing - one of those simple things that we often forget! Just turn the music up loud and go! (If you're wondering what 5 Rhythms is, look up 'Gabriella Roth' who created this dance therapy in America.)
