I have just had a workshop day full of blissful Chi Kung. It was run by Clara Apollo at The Hayloft in Emsworth and if you get the chance to workshop with Clara, take it! She is a brilliant teacher, thoroughly recommend. Chi Kung is a very nourishing thing to do, and guides you to a place of peace. I also can't stop listening to a very beautiful tune by The Webb Sisters called 'Baroque Thoughts'.
