An opportunity to explore a way to balance the chaos of our busy lives with the essential need for inner peace. We look at how we interact with the world, learn to connect with our inner self and share a calm and inspiring meditation. Each session will offer information, inspiring authors and poets, music and practical tools to bring home with you. By meeting and sharing regularly we can look forward to an oasis of calm where we explore a variety of ways to bring harmony, joy and inner peace into our lives.

and every 3rd Wednesday morning of the month: 10.00-11.30am

What do I need to bring?

Bring any special cushions/blankets you like for Meditation.

You may wish to bring your own drinking water, though we have filter water and herbal teas here.  

You will be provided with useful info to take away with you.

The aim of this series of workshops is to bring balance and understanding into your life. We will share a talk in a relaxing and informal atmosphere. For those of you who are interested, we will cover many strands from Energy Healing work such as: 

  • What do we mean by the Human Energy Field?

  • What are auric bodies?

  • What are masks that we all use in our everyday lives?

  • What are Chakras &  how do they work for our health, emotional & spiritual well-being?

  • What are Relationship Cords?

  • How can we allow our life to flow and tap in to the power of the Universe?

  • How do we bring peace into our everyday lives?
